Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are both proven to proven to facilitate weight loss in qualifying candidates. On average, patients can lose around 15% of their body weight and can lose up to 25% of their body weight. They are also not recommended for adults with a history of severe allergic reactions to Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, pancreatitis, Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2), or a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma.
