Erectile dysfunction (ED) may have medical or psychological causes, but the vast majority of cases (80 percent) are directly related to decreased blood flow to the penis. Poor blood flow is the cause of the vast majority (80 percent) of erectile dysfunction cases. Both of these treatments are designed to stimulate blood flow and naturally regrow blood vessels, which over time makes it easier for men to achieve and sustain erections. Your P-shot will be administered quickly and easily in-office. First, a simple blood draw will be performed (like getting a routine blood test). The drawn blood sample will be centrifuged to isolate the growth proteins by separating the platelets from the blood cells. After this, a topical numbing cream will be applied to the penis, and the platelets will be injected directly into the penis. For ED medications, several contraindications may disqualify men from treatment. For example, ED medications are not recommended for men with uncontrolled high blood pressure, severely low blood pressure, angina, or a recent heart attack or stroke (within the last 6 months).  

Unlike ED drugs or surgery, there are no known harmful side effects for GAINSWave® or P-shots.

Both GAINSWave® and P-shots are drug-free treatments that can be safely administered to patients currently taking ED medications. There are no known harmful interactions.

Cialis and Viagra are oral medications that must be taken every time an erection is desired.
